What is it? The Drama & Media Arts Spring Break Camp at CREOarts.Live is a week packed full of creative and technical experience-based learning in our new, purpose-built live-streaming studio in Alamogordo. The week will culminate with our Friday Night Showcase, a live broadcast variety show performed for a small in-studio audience and live streamed on our website. Who is it for? Well-behaved public and home school students in grades 7 thru 12. Students can choose to focus on performing or working behind the scenes. Local bands and performers of any age are welcome to audition for the Friday Night Showcase. Where is it? CREOarts.Live 2723 N. Florida Ave Alamogordo, NM 88310 What else do I need to know? Healthy snacks and sandwiches will be provided. Spring Break Camp hours: 8:30AM to 3:30PM, Monday thru Friday, March 24-28. Drop off your student as early as 8:00am and pickup no later than 4:00pm. Price for this week is $250 per student. Inquire about discounts for enrolling multiple students from the same household. Who is offering this? Neil Buckland (founder of CREOarts.Live) is a commercial photographer/videographer, graphic designer, and passionate educator with more than 25 years of experience in the field. As a graduate of performing arts school, he studied instrumental music, audio engineering, graphic design, and theater. From 2008 to 2022, Neil owned and operated a commercial studio and vocational training school in Seattle where he mentored more than 2,500 aspiring creatives of all ages and skill levels from novice to working professional.
